Our cozy private cabin is located in a quiet rural residential area, on 1 acre of treed land, with easy access from Highway 1 (snow tires recommended from November through March). We like to provide our guests with the comfort and privacy of home at an affordable price. The cabin sleeps 1 to six people and is perfect for couples and families. The cabin is self-contained, has a full kitchen (with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery), full bathroom, living room , mezzanine and 2 bedrooms with queen bed. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a barbecue on the private patio. We are located with easy access to six National Parks (Yoho, Banff, Glacier, Jasper, Kootenay, and Mt. Revelstoke). This is the perfect place to stay while exploring the outdoors. Guests stay their own self-contained cabin with a private deck with barbecue. Private parking.

We live on the property, in a separate house (my self and the assistant host), and are thus accessible any time. We love meeting guests and hearing about their lives and travels, but we also respect their privacy.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a fantastic view on the Rockies in town of Golden walking distance to groceries, pubs, restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Kickinghorsemountainresort.

This cabin share wall with another cabin. If you make noise or party I will apply the airbnb rules (make sure you read them). or I will ask you to go see the neighboor and offer them a glass of wine. most of the time the other cabin is not rent.
